Very efficient service, whether for picking up or returning the car. However, the return check was overly meticulous. I accepted even tiny scratches the size of a fingernail, but the repair cost for such a small scratch was over 200 euros! This is crazy. Thankfully, I bought full insurance.
The service is excellent and highly recommended. The only minor issue is that picking up the car is a bit complicated. It would be better if they could provide more detailed directions in the future.
