Bonne voiture neuve, mais pas celle que je demandais. ACE n'existe pas, c'est Goldcar qui gère la totalité. Le personnel au guichet fait le forcing pour essayer de vendre cher une assurance dont je ne veux pas. Mais bonne location et bon service au total. Inspection très rapide au retour et remboursement en 3 jours du dépôt de 1120 €

rien à dire de spécial. Easyrentcars exigeait âge inférieur à 65 ans, met j'ai 67ans. Mais comme je suis fiché pour plusieurs locations chez Goldcar, il n'y a eu aucun problème.

Difficile de trouver le lieu de retrait à l’aéroport : -le nom du loueur (AVANCE) n’est pas mis en évidence sur le bon de réservation => difficile de trouver le bon guichet -sur le parking, la zone du loueur n’est pas facile à trouver

I got an old car suzuki with 33000 kilometers It was very old model and was not suitable for driving long distances.

I booked a car in athens center but in the confirnation i found out that the rental is from the airport. I had to spend 40 euros to get to the airport.

The people waiting for me that oriented to the shuttle was not at the time and also was not identifying himself by being from the company. So we waited more than 1 hour.

Picked up from Athens airport at night. Red flags went up right away at terminal counter. Online we went for VW Golf, but Avance employee told us we would be getting Mercedes A Class and showed us a picture highlighting features. She started pitching additional coverage complete with old school calculator to illustrate potential cost savings in the event of an accident. As soon as we told her we had already purchased coverage online, Poof! suddenly the Mercedes was no longer available because "it was not returned in time by the previous renter" so we were back to a Golf. At the rental car center where staff was sparse and reeked of cigarette smoke, the Avance employee was friendly enough but in crowded parking lot made a big show of going over the car carefully to make note of its condition. We commented that it was hard to tell if he would have a complete record of the many minor scratches as well as some cracks in lights on the vehicle in the poor lighting. He insisted they have a full history of the condition in their systems and that the most minor scratches would not be an issue. He tried to put us at ease, but we were concerned having never gone through this kind of thing when renting from major companies. We returned the car in the afternoon, and when an employee came to check the gas level, etc. we were told there was a problem. Again we waited. Finally we were told there was a new dent on the underside of the car. We objected that we had no problems and that the employee at pickup had definitely not examined the underside of the car with a flashlight so we could not know whether the damage was already there. Avance supervisor insisted their records did not show this damage. We went to look at car together, the supervisor found a scratch on the rear bumper he insisted was also new. After back and forth he walked way crumpling up the damage sheet and throwing it over his shoulder saying "I don't give a sh*t." At least he assured me we woul

The booking was for an automatic car, as was clearly stated on the confirmation but I received a manual car & Avis told me to take it up with Easyrentcars.

Why was I allowed to book an automatic car that was unavailable at Avis?

The car was in good condition, and the process was fluent

Europcar doesn't have a rental counter at Athens airport. Staff holding signs at the exit guide you to the parking lot, where a shuttle bus takes you to the rental base. Due to a late arrival close to midnight, this process was quite troublesome.

They charge extra 150 euro so I could take the car at an Island and they ask extra 200 euro for full coverage for a week which i thnk is too much .

They told me that they could not take the deposit with my french credit card so I was forced to take unneeded extra insurance and then magicaly they were able to take the deposit with may card. In other words I've been scammed by this company.

All around a great experience but when I showed up early and by early I mean 1 hour. I was told they could not give me a car until the specific time. Just travelling 10plus hours with three kids - this was upsetting.

Je n'ai récupéré qu'une partie de ma caution "essence", malgré un contrat/constat signé au moment de la restitution. $ Il faut maintenant que je passe plusieurs heures à essayer de récupérer la somme manquante. C'est vraiment pénible et insupportable.
