Goldcar rezervation employee pushed us to buy for additional insurance when we checked in. they said to us AXA insurance will not cover my rental days because they will not issue damage invoice when we had accident. Also they want to claim past damage areas to us. We rejected because we did not do anything. Was very bad experience. Please investigate this customer attitude.

I rented before from Gold Car and the experience was much better than this time. the last time the service was excellent and the car was amazing. this time I was being pushed to buy insurance for a long time even though I have mentioned that I already have another one, and the car was good but felt old and was burning the fuel quite quicker than usual.

Booking was great, I like this site a lot. Price Drop protector actually works now, it didn't before. saved me around £30.

We really enjoyed our reservation with Alamo. It was quick and easy to pick up the car right in the terminal of the airport and easy to drop it off. Car was in good condition and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Had some problems with the car but Enterprise helped to resolve the issue and changed the car

Terrible experience. They charged for a tiny scratch at the bumper 250 euros, that can be fixed with a 10 euros spray. But they will never fix it anyway because the car has multiple scratches from previous users. Even if they have to charge a 50 euros fee would be acceptable. But is was obvious that the car had in the past a major accident and was dangerous while driving because the whole car was trembling with a speed of only 60km/h. The treatment was so unacceptable that they lost a customer. They didn’t even share a price list for any damage but charged at will. I am sure that if I move legally I will get a large sum back.

Easy rent cars was great

The vehicle we got had plenty of room for all six of us but was quite beat up. Everything else (customer service etc) was fine. Insurance up sell was a bit intense.

It’s a great company with very high quality people ready to help with anything you might need!

very bad service loacation is bad feels like a scam

The car exchange was quite convenient, with shuttle buses to and from the airport. However, the security deposit return process is too slow. I returned the car on the 13th, and the authorization still hasn't been lifted.

It was the second time, within a months period, that I was getting a car from Centauro. Both times the car was not FULL to FULL as agreed upon. Not a big deal but would prefer full to full. Other then that very good and I will give them a third try for sure.

I needed to extend my trip by one day. I had to go back to Centauro and just change the paper work but left with the same vehicle. (as I wanted to) It would have been much more convenient if I could avoid the trip to the airport. I understand the logistic part but if there could be a way to avoid this it would be a bonus.

I think that the procedure for charging the credit card with so high amount is not needed, especially to domestic residents. Thank you.

One of the easiest apps I’ve ever used!

The car didn't have air pressure when I picked it up. They forced the system adjustment and told me to keep driving. The second time I rented, it still had the warning light on. They told me to ignore it, but I had to go to a gas station to fix it myself. I really don't know what would happen if there was an accident.
