The only issue we had was finding the shuttle location but other than that I was very satisfied with the rental process and the vehicle we rented. While waiting for the shuttle to bring us to the car rental office, we were reading the reviews on Click and Rent and 98% of the reviews were awful so we were very worried. But we fortunately had no issues at all. The wait for an agent was less than 30 minutes; once we got to the counter it was painless and we got the car we had been promised. We had no issues with the car which was practically new and was very good on gas and again had no issues returning it. I would definitely recommend Click and Rent.

Easyrentcars.com is an awesome platform and yes it helped me save money!

Scam, all of the additional expenses made the experience stressful. Pushed to pay hidden fees.

unclear as to where or how to get the transfer bus when found after a phone call ,then quite a wait for it to collect us, then a very long wait to book in to collect the car, collection/booking in process unclear and a very aggressive attempt at upselling by the staff

This company was a total scam. They didn’t honor the voucher and charged me several additional mandatory items. We waited over two hours to rent the car. When we said we wouldn’t pay the additional fueling surcharge since we were returning the car full of fuel they said they would cancel the reservation but not refund our money. Worst rental experience of my life. These guys are criminals.

En resservant la voiture nous n'avions pas eu de détail sur les prix de l'assurance/Caution. à la récupération de la voiture nous avons été surpris par les frais à payer sur place. Si non à part ce détail, la voiture était en bonne état, la navette vers l’aéroport est rapide, le personnel est professionnel. Je recommande.

Incident signalé auprès de Goldcar ce jour :Bonjour, J'ai loué un véhicule du 7 au 14 juillet à Palma de Majorque. Le jour de la prise en charge, on m'a fait payé un montant de 342,67 € en me précisant que ça allait m'être remboursé à la fin de la location. On ne m'a, à aucun moment, demandé si je voulais prendre une assurance complémentaire (j'avais déjà pris une assurance 0 franchise auprès de AXA via le site sur lequel j'ai loué la voiture Easyrentcars). On m'a remboursé 117 € concernant le plein d'essence que j'ai fait au retour. Mais on ne m'a pas remboursé le reste ! Je viens de contacter le service commercial (qui n'a de commercial que le nom) où on m'a expliqué que j'avais souscrit une assurance complémentaire !!! C'est une honte d'imposer comme cela une assurance à un client sans même lui demander ou lui expliquer. Je l'aurais de suite déclinée dans la mesure où j'en possédais déjà une. Ce sont des méthodes d'escrocs et je vous demande de me rembourser dans les meilleurs délais cette somme correspondante à cette assurance. Je vous remercie de votre réponse rapide et positive sans quoi je lancerai une procédure et sans quoi je ne manquerai pas de signaler vos méthodes à travers les réseaux sociaux. Unfortunately, very bad experience! The company didn't ask me with full fuel policy I would like to go. They put me in full/empty fuel policy, it means a clearly a ruse that benefits the renatal company. I payed 123.38£ fuel deposit and and they give me back only 78.48£ eaven if returned the tank full. What happened with the 45£? It is the cost of the policy full/empty ! It was ridiculos. Please, try to avoid this company or ask for a full/full fuel deposit.

Je me suis fait envoyer chier quand j'ai voulu récupérer le véhicule lorsque j'ai découvert que c'était une Fiat au lieu d'une Ford Fiesta comme ce qui était prévu le monsieur était pas content mais il a quand même fallu qu'il s'occupe de ce problème. On a profité du fait que l'on ne comprenait pas la langue pour nous rajouter des options qui n'était pas au début du coup nous avons payé 234 € une location de voiture au lieu de 100 pour 5 jours.

Great modern car (even offered a choice) 7 seater as described, brand new Peugeot 5008. really friendly staff and professional set-up. The location is off-site and the bus was too small with many people waiting to go to the company so, we took a taxi and come back to collect our family - this was only a minor challenge. Overall great value for money, staff and vehicles - instructions and signage to the shuttle bus stop could be much better though - not enough directions/identification.

Terrible service at counter, unable to help to extend booking by a day resulting in having to return to Palms airport the next day to pick up a new car. Counter unhelpful and dismissive. Accused me of being rude when she was prickly, unhelpful, curt and rude about me to her colleague in Spanish

Easy website and app to use

Never use again. No signs where to collect car at airport. Pay €40 for a quicker collection...and the same for drop off, awful system. So much up selling insurance etc. Just wanted to collect car and go no add ons. Waited over 70 mins and spoke with very unprofessional and rude supervisor. Unbelievable attitude and rudeness. Never ever use again, the whole experience upset us all and nearly ruined our holiday.

I'm a New Zealander, living in UK and I don't usually write reviews but I felt I must, this time. Firstly, I booked and prepaid online using EasyRentCars which was very easy and I will definitely use them again. As for GoldCar, I will avoid them like the plague. Beware of their scare tactics to up-sell you insurance and roadside recovery at extortionate rates. I had prepaid £110 for 10 days hire yet and, after going through the necessary paperwork, the representative proceeded to say I owed €349.00, €99 of which was for fuel deposit and service charge which was okay. The other €250 was for their insurance and roadside recovery that she tried to say I must have and cannot go without. I already had insurance and roadside recovery in place so I knew I didn't need this at all but, she wasn't having it. After about 5 mins of an awkward back-n-forth she started saying "If you break down, no one will help you. If you have a flat, no one will help you, If you crash, no one will help you." To which I replied, "I think I'll manage and I'll be just fine." She then said I'd have to pay them €1100 right now and even if I get just a little scratch, I'll lose it all. This is actually a held payment and fully recoverable through your own insurance if you do have an accident so again I said not to worry about me and I'll be okay. By now, she was not happy. I think they must get commission for peddling the insurance because it really seemed to annoy her that I was ok. She even went on to circle the insurance/roadside recovery help line number and then said "But, you cannot call this number because, no one will help you." Absolutely disgusting use of scare mongering and I bet they trap a lot of people who a) don't have their own insurance in place, b) don't realise you don't need theirs as well or c) Don't have a credit card with €1100 on it to cover the held deposit. Great! Easy to use and best prices I could find.

Front desk answered all of our questions and tried to be as helpful as possible. They were fantastic! The car had some brake trouble which at times was really scary, some dash warnings would pop up from time to time which were a little alarming, and the gps does not recognize addresses so you have to manually look for the destination on the gps map which is tough if you don’t know where you’re going!

L’attente au comptoir était horrible ! 40 personnes devant nous et donc 3h d’attente c’est inadmissible.

Would of helped to have better instruction to find Interrent desk which was tucked away at the other end of the airport

Very easy to use

La personne au guichet en plus d’être peu agréable a voulu nous vendre des assurances supplémentaires. Quand nous avons refusé, car nous avions déjà l’assurance Axa, il s’est montré arrogant en nous disant que la moindre rayure serait à notre charge car l’assurance ne nous couvrait pas du tout. Il a beaucoup insisté pour nous montrer les tarifs de l’agence en cas de rayure... et en nous recommandant plusieurs fois de prendre l’assurance. Vous faites le Check in seul. La voiture est livré très peu propre. Poussiéreuse et avec des taches de savon. Pour masquer les rayures et les mettre sur notre dos à notre retour ? Nous avons photographié toute la voiture sous toutes ses coutures. Pendant le Check in d’autres clients se sont fait embêter pour une rayure prise en photo mais non signifié sur le papier. Le retour s’est bien passé. Nous sommes tombé sur un agent sympa et agréable.

Car has already had little damage before our picking-up. After dropping-off they said we did that damages. But we didn’t do anythings. That was bad.
