Spent two hours looking for the Shouqi Car Rental company, it doesn't exist. Chose a Chinese car rental company for convenience, but ended up being served by a foreign company. Everything costs money. The GPS that was supposed to be free cost 60 euros. My friend clearly bought insurance and they claimed he didn't. Rented an Alfa Romeo but got a Buick instead, and they insisted it was a similar model. Faced many issues while returning the car. They claimed something was missing from the glove compartment, which I never even opened. They charged my card 300 euros, and I have no idea when I'll get a refund. Very disappointing, never renting from here again.
A3 didn't give me a 1.4 Yeti. Are these the same cars? There's not even a display screen! Shouldn’t a substitute car be at least as good? They turned hostile immediately when I refused to buy insurance. So cold and scary!
Initially, I couldn't find anyone. There was no one inside the store. Later, I found them outside, but the place to complete the paperwork was on a different floor.
Why is an extra hour charged as a full day???!!! Why was this not mentioned before renting??? Very dissatisfied!! Charging half a day for an extra hour is understandable, but a full day is ridiculous!

Everyone needs to be careful, they force you to buy local insurance which costs an additional 180 euros, and charged me twice. I told the bank I only signed once, but the bank said there were two charges. When I went to the rental company, they claimed there was only one charge. Now I don’t know what to do. Renting a car for an extra 180 euros * 2, that's 360 euros, this is really expensive.
Honestly, the service was just average. I bought full insurance through Zuzuche, but they still tried to sell me their own insurance, explaining how much I might have to pay if there was an accident. The car they provided was quite old and had many scratches, so make sure to check it thoroughly.
The front desk employee (a girl) was very cold. I purchased full insurance, but in case of an accident, I have to pay the entire amount upfront. The storage box cover inside the car didn't close properly and was taped up. For evidence at return, I planned to take pictures but wasn't allowed to. It took nearly an hour to pick up the car. After twenty years of renting cars, this was the worst experience.
The Avis counter staff at Barcelona airport said that I don't need to refuel the car, claiming that the company's fuel charges are the same as the gas stations. I used less than half a tank and didn't refuel before returning the car, but later I was charged for a full tank. This staff member seriously misled me about the fuel price and refueling rules, avoiding the important details, which is completely fraudulent.
They said they close at 12pm, but when we arrived at 11am, no one was there. When we picked up the car, they upgraded us without informing, due to the language barrier we didn't know. We booked for 3800 on QEEQ, but at the rental company it became over 6000; it felt like we were completely scammed because of the language barrier.
1. Never trust after-hours car return arrangements. Europecar in Barcelona is extremely bad. More than 20 days after returning a car, they charged extra, claiming the air compressor was damaged. This is outrageous! How can internal damage after such a long time be blamed on the previous renter? Another car had scratches when picked up, which I reported and photographed. Still, I was charged for repairs. 2. QEEQ is powerless in disputes. Despite providing photos, evidence, and reasons, there is no result from QEEQ. All I got was to wait patiently. After more than a month, there's no progress. I decided to use insurance for the compensation. 3. Always get full insurance. Without it, European car rental companies will find excuses, and QEEQ is useless. There's no way to recover your losses.

I provided photos and evidence to QEEQ but still no result after more than a month, just endless patience waiting. I've given up and turned to insurance claims. 3. Always get full insurance. If any issue arises, European car rental companies will shirk responsibility, QEEQ is useless, and losses can't be recovered.
