Like: The car that we had was really comfortable and great to drive. James at the pickup office was very helpful and all about the customer!

Like: Everything. Even my extension was way on the phone
Dislike: It wasn’t a Ford Fiesta. But a a Renault 208. Still a very good car. Loved it!

We had to take a bus to pick up the car and were told to call to make a reservation, but no one answered the phone, so we had to get help from Beijing customer service. There was only one staff member at the car pickup location, and we waited a long time. Our three-day rental cost only 750 RMB, but insurance under 1800 EUR cost 93 EUR per day, almost the same as the total rental amount. Three days' insurance cost three times the total rental amount. It took nearly an hour to connect and wait for the bus, and another hour to pick up the car. By the time we could drive, it was almost dark. Driving on the right side, which we were not used to, made the journey quite dangerous.

No detailed explanation and lack of a friendly service

Like: Easy to find and very fast and clear service at both ends. Friendly helpful staff
Dislike: Booked an economy car ‘VW Polo’ or similar. I was offered a Fiat Panda or Yoyota Yaris which I don’t believe are the same category

Dislike: Free upgrade

Long wait time

We returned the car at 9:30 am, but no one was there. Called and were told someone would arrive in 10 minutes, but it took 30 minutes, almost causing us to miss our flight!

Dislike: The price for week 1 was a little higher than I would have wanted to pay (but, I booked at short notice so I was not surprised). The price for week 2 was good value. I didn't like that I couldn't keep the car over the two weeks rather than having to return the car to close out booking for week 1 and open booking for week 2. However, this didn't spoil my overall experience with Avis which was very good. Lovely helpful staff.

Like: Friendly staff and very helpful during hire.
Dislike: Wait at the registration counter was a little long!

Like: the person who helped us with our pick-up was friendly, patient with my questions about driving, and even willing to answer questions about tourism.
Dislike: after checking in at the terminal and taking the shuttle to the lot, we hopped out of the van and were not directed to the right place. as a result, we ended up standing around inside at the desk for another 20min before someone ascertained that we had already checked in at the terminal, and that we only need have talked with someone directly outside the van that dropped us off in order to get our vehicle. why had that not been clearer to us, we wondered? we also thought it would have been good to mention the park-and-pay system before we left. i googled ahead of time but didn't come across it. instead, the advice given to us by the Enterprise employee was to use parking lots, which is ok but only half the story. eventually, we figured it out, but it would have been a good tip to give.

Like: Very friendly and helpful staff all the way. Easy to book, find the desk, get the minibus to pick up area with no waiting around. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
Dislike: Really nothing that I didn't like.

Like: Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Dislike: Quite pricey.

Extremely dissatisfied. After failing to sell additional insurance, the sales staff demanded a EUR 1500 pre-authorization as a deposit for the car rental, which is utterly ridiculous. After much negotiation, I was finally forced to purchase additional personal accident insurance. Very disappointed with such practices by AVIS.

Service and queue time are okay, but it would be better if someone could accompany us to the car and teach us how to use it.

Like: Our second time with enterprise. The ease of paper work at the counter in airport a big plus. The shuttle to and from very efficient. The pick up and drop off very customer focused - no fiddling around. The staff knew what they were doing. Excellent service. The car was a beauty - travelled well, easy to drive. Not a bother with it. Could not recommend more highly - easy from booking on line to drop off. Thanks and see you next time!
Dislike: A map of dublin city would be helpful. The country map was handy however.

The rental office was extremely shabby, dirty, and unprofessional. There were only three to five old cars parked in front. The staff had a very poor attitude. They were impatient and didn't provide the reserved car. Instead of apologizing, they mocked Chinese people, which led to bouts of laughter.
