En el mostrador me dijeron que no tenía cobertura de seguro para responsabilidad civil, tuve que contratar adicional

Mayor claridad respecto a las coberturas y que en el mostrador de las arrendadoras de auto tengan claro lo que se contrata y no obliguen a contratar adicionales

The car was very dirty. After a few days, the remote didn't work anymore and throughout the rental I had warning messages on the dashboard (the car was long due for maintenance before the rental started). The customer service was terrible.

Booking was with QEEQ was perfect, as in the past (this was not my first rental with QEEQ)

No me mandaron foto del coche y cuando avisé que íbamos con retraso en el control de pasaportes, no me dijeron que llevaban el coche al aeropuerto. Con lo que no pude recoger el coche hasta el día siguiente. Me costó 30 $ del aeropuerto a la oficina , 70$ de la oficina al hotel en South beach y 50$ del hotel al día siguiente a la oficina . Con lo que me costó 150$ y un día sin coche.

Had booked the car for 3 weeks , returned it after 2 weeks as engine was over heating. The process took awhile to sort out very poor service.

The Lady wasn't very helpful about Refill Options explanation etc.

The deposit was deducted without sending me the detailed deduction list. I don't know what the charges are for.

Das Auto war zum Schluß billiger wie bei der Erstbuchung.

The rental branch's operating hours were incorrect; it closed at 3 AM. Although they said they'd open at 5 AM, no one showed up until 5:30 AM.

As this was a special holiday for the two of us we ordered a luxury vehicle. We were given a grand Cherokee with lots of scratches and dents. When we asked if this was meant to be in the luxury class. They just said “we haven’t got any luxury this is all there is!” Would NOT recommend Dollar to others, staff not very helpful.

Very happy with QEEQ, have already booked our next car rental with them.

Me dieron un auto que no solicite. El tiempo para que me lo dieron fuer largo, muchas personas esperando, no solamente en el counter sino tambien en el estacionamiento. Era tan larga la espera que acepte un carro que no fue el solicitado porque ya no podia esperar mas.

Me están cobrando más de lo que me indicaron

Siempre ofrecen cobrar lo adecuado un montón y luego me han cobrado más cuando llego a la compañía de Dollar

The car was new, and the luggage space was larger than expected.

Very easy to book; also the platform automatically rebooked to save me around 50 dollars, which was really amazing.

Reserve un VW Atlas pero me dieron un Dodge grande qye gastaba demasiado. Además no le funcionaba la ventana del acompañante. Quise cambiarlo pero me hacían ir al aeropuerto y no quise perder tanto tiempo. No volveré a Alamo.

Alquile ya 3 veces por QEEQ y no tengo comentarios negativos. Estoy conforme.

Me disguste con ellos pues me aplicaron un seguro sin yo solicitarlo y lamentablemente me confié
