The service attitude was okay. Originally, we rented a Corolla, but upon pickup, we were intentionally given the smallest hatchback. After returning to the store and negotiating a second time, they finally provided us with a sedan. It seemed like they were pretending not to understand our request.
I booked a sedan but got a hatchback. The service was okay, but there were long lines when picking up the car. Just so you know, you don’t have to queue when returning the car. By the way, I ran into a really frustrating issue: I booked a car with this company through Zuzuche in early February and paid the full amount, returning the car on time. But in early May, they charged me $400 without notifying me. Unreal!
They overcharged during the return process, which was not great. However, QEEQ helped to resolve it quickly. Reminder to check the bill when returning the car.
Waited extremely long for the shuttle from airport to the Rental place. I called a second time after waiting for 25 mins and they said “yes 5 minutes more”... ITS A 3 min drive from the airport!! That meant that after 25 mins, they still had not left to pick me up. I could have walked there much quicker..
After 45 mins of waiting, we arrived at the rental place. The counter staff was extremely slow and it looked like they had a lot of manual inputting for each customer. The two customers in front of us were being told that they didn’t have sufficient insurance etc etc. they tried to up sell to someone by 30% of the cost of their rental. Honestly it all sounded very scammy. I know they usually up sell insurance but I’ve never heard it so bad.
Finally I was helped and they took my insurance to scan it... I’d never heard of that before. Was uncomfortable.
Would never rent here again. Basically get better value for a bit more money renting anywhere else.

The Car was great . It was on the return. I was told to ensure it was brought to the same location and I had informed them that would require some form assistant to either the airport or closest transit. When I returned the car it wS an issue due to it was raining they would not assist in a lift anywhere . After a couple min then they said to take to an other location which wasn't the easiest place to get to as was confusing . They said a ten min drive turned into 30.
They would not apply any discounts or hertz rewards as I use them often .
It's all a trick. I booked a Grand Cherokee but got a Kia wagon at the store. They shamelessly claimed it was an upgrade. Being in a foreign country, we had no choice but to accept what they said. Do they really think customers can't tell the difference between a Grand Cherokee and a Kia wagon? I will never rent from this company again! This is how overseas car rentals trap you, and this rental agency is no different!
After booking, I received the pickup voucher. When I arrived and called, they asked where I was from. I said China, and they immediately said they wouldn't give me the car because I was from China. I immediately complained, saying firstly, you didn't inform of this condition before booking, and secondly, isn't this blatant discrimination? When escalated to the manager, the manager said we just don't rent to you. You should get a refund from the booking platform. This is truly ridiculous.

took them 40 minutes to pick me up from the airport. they were very busy, subsequently, the car I received was not properly cleaned. to the point that a hair brush and medicine from previous renter was still in the car...
The waiting time was quite long, the longest I've experienced in any city or country I've visited. The service attitude was good, but the initial car they provided was quite old, so I requested a replacement. Waiting for the car took a long time, and they were understaffed.
Order Dodge but finally come from Toyota. Without auto door make open and close door not easy for the side and back doors.
The cleanliness inside vehicle is not very good.
