Great service at both pick and and drop off. Surprice was our first and last impression of the country and straight away we knew we were going to have a great holiday based on their friendly and helpful nature.

it was not as good experience in stead of 2008 they gave us 108 then we had to go back and ask for another SUV even manual ,what happened didn't start
again went back inside and got another vehicle not professional at all
they scammed me, claimed damage that was already there. also upgraded the damage tier to TIER2 scratch larger than 30 cm, scratch was 5 cm
insurance payed back but gave me lots of paperwork
Would be good to have staff wearing a t-shirt or shirt with the company logo on it. We were told to meet “a guy wearing a grey t-shirt” outside to collect the car. Also at busy times additional staff are needed when collecting/dropping off cars
Was advised to go to Easy Rent on first floor no mention of Surprice at all. Not one panel of the car clear of scratches and bumps.
Warning light wouldn’t go off was told it was tyre pressure and was advised that it’s ok when they kicked the wheel. Dreadful rattling noises.

Car was lovely and clean and brand new. Customer service in pick up was poor. Insisted on paying an early pick up charge even though the car was ready and waiting and I was only slightly over the allowed pick up time. one staff member said I could pick it up to 2 hrs early while another said it was 30 mins.

Great service as I had to cancel and rebook my car due to travel changes.
I booked the car through Easy Rent Car, it was difficult to find the pick up location as I actually had to go to Interrent which is located at the green Europcar desk... but confusing but we got it!

First class service and no complaints other than no explanation given about setting the clock on the windscreen when parking - cost me a parking ticket!!
Car had more damage than shown on original picture form. I was glad I checked the car over before I drove away.
Would have preferred to hand the keys to a member of staff than an open box in the airport.
Car was spotless inside and out. Received a free upgrade. The counter staff were extremely friendly and very efficient. They explained everything really well.
The car had a number of minor scratches on the bodywork, hub caps and wheel rims (normal wear and tear, given the car's purpose!). The agent left me in no doubt that a scratch would cost hundreds of pounds. They had not made any effort that I could see to repair previous damage. He took detailed pictures of the car with his I-pad so I did the same with my phone.
This made me reluctant to use the car as much as I had planned to, as the local driving and condition of the roads was poor. There were also a number of poor reviews online to back up my concerns.
However, when I returned the car the agent took lots of photos, inside and out. I did the same.
The car was given a clean bill of health and I was told my deposit would be returned in a few days.
Although everything worked out fine, I was made to feel somewhat uneasy about dealing with the company.

1. I paid for a DS3 or similar, they give me a 108, or the similar of a DS3 is a 208.
2. I had already an insurance with my credit card. But the renter didn't care and give me 2 solutions. First, did a deposit of 1100€ but i hadn't got this on my credit card, or second, paid 110€ and blocked 200€ on my credit card. So i was obliged to take the 2nd solution.
I am very desappointed about this experience. I won't recommand this society

I will never ever use GOLDCAR again. The car conditions were disgusting, filthy, dirty with a red light on the dashboard indicating that the car needed service. On arrival there was only one person serving about 10 customers.
