We waited longer to get the car than our flight. We landed at 6:30 and had the car at 10. Ridiculous! Lesson learned- no money saved after all of the add on charges and never rent with a company outside the airport.
First, the wait time to get the vehicle was ridiculous. Then a day into my vacation, I'm receiving calls from an a number requesting a switch of the vehicle due to a recall. A complete inconvenience to my vacation. When I called the "24 hr" 800 number to verify this no one answered after waiting 40 minutes. I could not get through to anyone until the next morning. Once verified the driver met me at Epcot to swap vehicles but I still had to wait which held up my time. This should never happen. When asked if I would receive any refund or deduction on the expense of the rental due to the inconvenience I receive a snotty remark of "well we are meeting you at epcot" as if this wasn't an inconvenience. Anything that interferes with my time during my vacation is an inconvenience. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will NOT be recommending this place in the future unless someone rectified this inconvenience.
From shuttles not picking me up at the airport, to no one answering calls at the desk so that I could get picked up as shuttles kept passing me by (apparently the spots they tell you to wait at for ground transportation are the wrong spots), to the sales clerk trying to give me an unsafe car he tried to give to two parties in front of me that each denied, this was an awful experience. The first car he tried to give me I was told was an "Upgrade"...well, it clearly had been in an accident as the front driver bumper was dented in and cracked, along with duct tape on the rear driver door. The car I ended up getting was dirty with Pretzels and a lighter under the driver seat, a "Maint. Required, see your Dealer" warning light with constant chiming, and collision chiming continually going off, and an empty tank of gas. I was not told proper directions on dropping the car off; I was told to be there at 4:30am, but I was not told that there would not be counter staff available or proper directions of where to drop off car. This was a terrible experience, start to finish, and I will not rent with this company again.
The seating was stained. AC was poor. The 12 volt outlet did not work making it difficult for charging the GPS which is critical when your in a new area. Had to purchase extra insurance or I would not get the car cost $170+ unnecessarily as I have rental car coverage through my provider. Never did this with National or Budget.
Green motion is misleading and disgusting. They overcharge for insurance. The cars are not in good shape. Just rent from the bigger companies.... this place is a scam
Ils nous ont vendu une passe pour les péages à 70$US ( donc 100$ can) en nous disant qu’il y avait beaucoup de péages et que nous pourrions avoir des frais supplémentaires si on se trompe de ligne...
Toutefois, en une semaine, le seul péage que nous aurions pu prendre est celui à côté de l’aéroport... à 2$.
J’en trouve que le 70$ us est exagéré et nous a fait perdre beaucoup d’argent
The staff was friendly and helpful but with only one person working at the counter we waited a long time for service upon pick up. Not fair to the customer or to the poor girl who had a long line of customers to serve.
Did not like that I was made to over pay on insurance. Also over priced on the vehicle, felt like I got robbed. A family member of my rent from Ace next door and paid less then I did and they got an SUV for way cheaper then I did with the little car I had. Will never rent from Green motion agin. And not to mention the Air conditioning in the car wouldn’t keep up with the Florida heat

Extra charges when it was already paid for. I paid for the rental and the car insurance online when I get there apparently i had to pay for insurance I tried to use my own and the lady said it was not possible. That I would lose my money that I paid online and had to start a new transaction. My wife and kids were super tired and I ended up paying an extra 156 dollars. Very upsetting. The car was very cheap and dirty and it had a horrible smell. The outside was full of scratches that I had to come back and had the lady check again so I won’t get charged. I will never recommend Green Motion to anyone. The worst experience ever.

The lady who answered me, gave me a very poor service.
Worried all the time in selling me insurance proposal and toll tag service, she did not bother to pass my credit card manually, causing the transaction to be declined for 3 times, not completing the situation on that date, what forced me to take a uber sercice to the hotel and another one to come back in Green Motion in the day after, generating a loss of US$50.00.

Will never use again want to charge $500 for a 3mm chip, that can be fixed with a portion of that. Check the car thoroughly they emphasize the body of the car but take video and pictures of everything.
I booked a 7 seater as per what was shown on line. However the first car offered on site could sit 7 but would have been very tight and there was literally no room for luggage. We had 3 kids 10-14yrs so smaller luggage so I couldn’t imagine 7 adults with larger luggage. The offer of a smaller 7 seater needs to have clarification that it will not fit any luggage. The girl at the counter realized our dilemma and was incredible to help us out. She was outstanding.
It took a long time to pick up car. She guilted me into getting e-toll pass - she said that some tolls do not accept cash and if you go through it costs lots of $. It was $100 more!!! The car we got had manual windows/locks and a dirty windshield. It had ants in it. Kept crawling on us. They gave us another the next day which was nicer. I was not impressed. I rent several cars a year and usually never have any trouble.

Booking was easy. Never contacted them. I would appreciate it if they contact me about our situation.
Staff rude, impatient and policy as well as hidden fees not disclosed until last minute at the counter. The shuttle was a long wait in the hot weather which makes it frustrating and discouraging to have to return to the terminal and start over. Overall, it was a terrible experience for me and my family of four. We will never pick easycarrental again. Would not recommend to anyone unless he/she does not mind being deceived
