Inconvenient pickup

The staff had a great attitude.

The GPS equipped in the car was not than user friendly, need some time to get along with it.

Car was very clean and new, no complains about the car at all. Great thing is they will send you to your Naha hotel or airport after you return the car FOC, saved me a taxi ride.

The car was big enough and spacious for only two of us without large luggage. A big strange that we have to put petrol from the station that they specified and had to present a receipt to proof, I used other car rentals twice in Okinawa and this is the first requirement I’ve come across. I found this request a bit annoying. The GPS in the car is very old and display is in Japanese, some new roads doesn’t exist in this GPS. Up sell their own insurance, kept saying the insurance should pay and if they don’t pay would have a lot of fines, etc. The car has a lot of scratches but they only concentrate on inspecting the bottom of the car, don’t understand the reason.

Overall good and staff is friendly. The only complaint is the waiting time for pickup is a bit long, as I have even communicated in advance with them just before the trip.

訂的是Honda fit, 到手是Suzuki. 車很好，省油，用六天，還車入一次油。4個人4個24寸行李。後座空間大。服務很好，下次來會再租

Good services, good car, we have 4 luggage, it’s big space.

We have to wait around 30 min till service van come and wait till the other family come. The car has scratches all round the car. When we return the staff didn’t use service car to sent us to airport. He ask us to sit together (5 people) ask my son to sit on my lab and the luggage on my wife lab too. We refused so he bring the van to sent us to airport as standard. Not even say sorry. Very pool services

Car Drop off is far from airport. Given an option to park at the airport but have to give a rate cum parking fee.

Typical okinawan/ Japanese service. Very efficient and courteous. I stayed in touch with them on LINE messenger and they picked us up from the airport swiftly. Took us to the car. Checked documents and away we went. The Honda FIT is a great car, very economical and compact but surprisingly big inside. I would definitely recommend these and I will be using them again. The deal clincher for me was the no deposit. I don't use credit cards abroad.

I enjoyed dealing with them, I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was my first time renting thru the company. I usually get my rental from known companies such as hertz, budget, etc... they definitely exceeded my expectation.
