Great process. Recommended

Booked the RAV4 model guaranteed and got exactly that. Fantastic rental overall, especially given the price. 40,000km on the clock but no issues whatsoever. Definitely factor in the extra time for pickup. They will pick you up in a normal car so make sure to ask what registration is on the car doing the pickup and make a note clearly. Also make sure you have something to call in, SIMs are not really available on the arrivals hall from what we saw. Pickup is outside departures before the W pink sign, outside door number 3. Windscreen had pre-existing chips in them which make me a little uneasy - hope there's nothing under the hood being neglected. Overall, will rent again.

The only complaint is that the radio was in japanese so you couldn't listen to it.

Excellent Customer service, picked up a Toyota Alphard, bit dirty and smelly. Complained and they upgraded for free.

Really nice and new car

Was a little difficult with language. We are kiwis and all staff Asian descent. We did not really know about the 3rd party insurance arrangement. When we brought no excess insurance the thought of having to pay an excess and then claim it back sounded a little dodgy. thankfully we had no incidents.

Very helpful & efficient. Highly recommend.

So good ti be true. So cheap and sevices was great. Will definitely come back to hire a car from great rentals

Great service attitude

after getting to the airport I had to wait a very long time to be picked up. The person on the phone said they were closed as it was after 6pm yet the website said they were open to 8pm. They wanted to charge me a late call out fee which IO refused to pay. The woman who picked me up wasn't a very good driver and had no idea where she was going even using a GPS on her phone

The customer service at the pickup was excellent.

Both the pick-up and drop-off were very quick. The staff at the store were very friendly, answered questions in detail, and carefully checked the car, explaining the functionalities and button positions.

Pick up and drop off very quick and easy. No logos on van but noticed the drivers uniform. Staff very friendly, car comfortable with lots of space.

Easy to book on line and great price.

The store claimed that the scratch on the left front rim was caused by me, but I believe it was an old mark. The store charged me 450 dollars for the repair fee. It's obvious that they intentionally ripped me off, as I did not scratch the car during my rental period. Moreover, the tire itself has no scratch marks.

All was great but the child seat could have been better. The provided seat was too big for my 2 year old.

Car was awesome for what we paid, it did the job exactly as needed and the customer service at Great Rentals was top-notch. Our first car had a faulty charging port so they instantly gave us a new one without any hassle.

Amazing staff and the car was brand new, with only 10kms on the odometer. Will definitely choose them again!! Highly recommended.
