ウォシャー液が殆ど入っておらず水道水を自分で補給しました。 また、ウォシャー液の出口が詰まっているのか出が悪く霧状の水が出るのでフロントガラスが綺麗になるまで時間を要しました。

I’m not sure if the experience is somehow related to my flight was delayed for more than 3 hours, I have no directions from the staff for the suggested gas station before I return the car. And there is no suggested route to drive to the drop off which is different from the experience that I rent can in Japan. I could not drive to the drop off location. Luckily, I drove to the same floor but on the other lane, the staff allow me to leave it to them. Thanks for the staff. Would suggest to provide the diving route of the drop off location on a paper with suggested gas station.

The car condition was excellent and clean. the counter was easy to find and staff was helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience

Easy to use site

Upon returning the car, we were asked to park near exit 7 on the outer lane, But there is an airport officer that don't allow us to get back to the terminal after returning the car. If car rental can sort out this then it will be great.

Credit card issue, the company clearly promised a refund, but the rental company kept finding excuses not to refund.

Like: It's easy to rent a car from easyrentcars, and the car hire company, asap, provided a good condition of car, make my travel worry free. Excellent from both easyrentcars and asap.

As expected. Staff were helpful and overall process was smooth without any problem.

The car is in tip top condition. But it would be better if the Bluetooth function is working properly. Enjoyed the ride!

Great staff, but process for collection was a little slow. Information on drop-off was left out until I asked. Was informed I could use LINE to contact staff when we arrived at drop off point, but nobody picks up the call. Had to make a normal call.
