The rental counter is right in the Bozeman airport exit hall, very convenient. The parking lot is near the exit. However, there is no return point at Jackson Hole airport; you need to go back to the city to return the car. I hope this can be improved, but overall it was still pretty good.

The car was new, even with a temporary license plate. The model was a bit small, but it was sufficient for the three of us. The process was very quick and efficient. They didn't ask me to sign the final invoice, but my credit card was charged a few dozen dollars. It wasn't much, so I didn't bother to investigate.

Rented a car near Yellowstone's Bozeman Airport with Alamo. Their service was excellent. We rented a mid-size SUV and got a Subaru. The car was very new, purchased in April 2014, and in great condition. Very satisfied. Returning the car was super easy, just handed over the keys without even inspecting the car. Extremely satisfied.

Actually, the car we got wasn't from Alamo but from National. The car had been driven from Salt Lake City, and they arranged it between their companies. They also charged me $165 for the one-way drop-off fee, which is really unreasonable!

They provided a very new Korean car. Although it's a Korean car, it was very comfortable to drive. They recommended a $1,000,000 third-party liability insurance which was not included in the rental order. It was $12 per day and came with a booster seat included. Considering renting a booster seat alone would cost $12 per day, I decided to take it.
