There was only one employee at the counter who prioritized members, so I had to wait for an hour. I booked a RAV4 but got a Ford Edge instead. Despite having already paid through the platform, the store charged me again. It's been over a month and the platform still claims they are negotiating a refund. I don't understand why!

The Chevrolet tahoe doesn't have enough space for 4 suitcases and 7 adults as advertised. The trunk is small we folded a chair and had to put luggage on us while driving. On previous trips we had the wagoneer and Ford expidition and they were both better. The front windshield glass was given to us with a small but annoying crack.

You can pick up and drop off the car at airports, and even at different locations. This is extremely convenient because it's hard to get a taxi abroad. Having a car allows you to store luggage, visit friends and family, shop, and go anywhere you want. This company is truly fantastic!
