Poor English, lots of issues

The rental company's staff were very warm and friendly.

In car very bad smell

The service is okay, but there's no Chinese service. Fortunately, I understand some English; otherwise, it would have been impossible to manage. The main issue is the rental policy, which feels like a bully contract. Initially, I booked to pick up the car in Chiang Mai and drop it off in Bangkok, so there was an extra fee for returning the car to a different location. Due to a change in plans, I switched to picking up and dropping off at the same location in Chiang Mai, but despite multiple attempts, the extra fee wasn't refunded. I find this unreasonable!

The location is easy to find, and the staff are very friendly.

They gave us an old model Civic and refused to change it, saying we could file a complaint. Very bad service.

Communication was difficult

The process was very slow, they couldn't find the order and asked me to send an email myself.

Car was generally good and well maintained. Service staffs were generally friendly.

Car was good for trip. Returned two days early but no refund, not happy for this.

Not much to say, not a single problem with the car. Great experience! The only difficulty we went trough was the language. Sometimes it was difficult to understand each other during the pick-up process

Good and reliable. I was a little late returning the car and they did not charge extra. A goodwill that is welcomed and for me to be a repeated customer.

The process of picking up and returning the car was quite fast, but the drop-off location at the airport at night lacked lights and signs.

The rental company didn't send me a confirmation email, which delayed me by over half an hour when picking up the car! The key point is I was rushing to catch a flight! Arrived to return the car close to 2 PM; my flight was at 3:15 PM. They delayed me for over half an hour, causing me to run with 40 kg of luggage to check-in. Didn't even have time for a tax refund, losing me some money.

The staff at the Chic Car Rent desk were nice initially but were only after my money & chose not to engage in any discussion points that I had raised, stating that communication was a problem even though there was a Thai person with me. Clearly this was not a pleasant experience & I will be telling anyone & everyone not to use this company. How is it that a company who uses an online service can have a company representing them that deal with their customers in this way? I believe that customer service plays a big role when dealing with service delivery.

No available vehicle options

そんなに期待はしていなかったのですが、車の状態は日本のレンタカーのレベルでした。(チェンマイは地元の方々も車を綺麗な状態で乗っています) カウンター・車の受渡し担当など、関わったスタッフは全て親切でした。

日本で予約をしたのですが、迷うことなく予約できました。 バウチャーをプリントアウトして提出したので、レンタカーのカウンターでもスムーズに手続きが進みました。
