I booked the car with a full tank return policy, but they tricked me into returning it empty. They charged me for 13 gallons of fuel for a 10-gallon tank, claiming the charge was based on the average for that type of vehicle, not the actual model.
DOLLAR's service is good, the prices are attractive, and the vehicles are in decent condition. The procedures for picking up and renting the car are straightforward. Highly recommended.
Landed at Orlando airport at 9 PM and quickly found the Dollar counter, but there were a lot of people. We waited in line for about 40 minutes before it was our turn. The service attitude was decent, but the car was just okay. They gave us a Jetta with 80,000 km (similar to a Passat in our country). The power was average, and the car condition was just okay. We got into a minor accident at the hotel entrance after leaving the airport. Since we needed to go through insurance, we waited for the police to write a report. During the return, there was no extra charge. We don’t know if there will be additional charges in the future.
