Yes it did in every way the Chevy Colorado was a great truck I’m renting in less then a month would like to get the same truck

Overall service was decent and fairly quick, and no extra charges for additional insurance or fees.

The car was in good condition and no waiting for pickup.

Did not get the Chevrolet traverse, but a Ford Explorer which was an excellent vehicle. Only draw back was the long line when I picked up the car. After a 16 hour flight would have preferred a short waiting period. Overall the customer service staff very helpful

Very, very poor. Given the wrong car pick-up location and vehicle, had to queue at the counter again. Clearly supposed to get a full tank of gas, but intentionally given only half a tank and charged for a full tank.

Budget is the worst car rental company I have ever encountered. They added an extra $258 without my consent, including a $53 fuel charge. I repeatedly emphasized that I would return the car with a full tank, yet they still charged me $53 for fuel, taking advantage of my poor English as a woman. This place is truly unscrupulous. Additionally, my flight was rescheduled, and they demanded $250 for a 2-hour delay in returning the car. I will never use Budget again!

Queue was long but moved quickly. No upsell at the counter, member of staff very quick processing paperwork, kind and friendly to the children. Collecting car we were offered a number of choices and were able to suit the car that best met our luggage needs. Car was new which was so nice.

Late arrival so booked vehicle was not available. Changed with no problem the next day. Staff, pleasant and helpful

Excellent platform with ease of booking and communication

It was a terrible experience. I had to choose between Zuzuche and another company, and unfortunately, I made the wrong choice by picking Zuzuche. I paid 540 RMB per day for the rental, but a few hours after returning the car and leaving the shop, I was charged another 74 USD. When I hurried back to inquire, I was told that the previous payment was just a deposit and the 74 USD was the balance. I tried coordinating with Zuzuche for a week, but got no response. I do not recommend this service at all and will never use Zuzuche again.

Unsatisfied with the staff saying one thing, while the rental platform indicates another, causing unnecessary losses.

This company is shameless. They charged me $17 even though I returned the car with a full tank, and unfortunately, I didn't take a photo. Additionally, they charged me $35 for a towing service they claimed I added during the rental. Ridiculous!

False advertising! They gave me a very old Mitsubishi, at least 8 years old.

Since I picked up the car at 7 PM, there was no waiting time for either registration or collection.
