They upsold a highway toll box and charged an extra $240. Also, make sure to check the contract before picking up the car, as they had already charged for a full tank of gas. When returning the car, be sure to return it empty. I returned it with a full tank, and it was nearly impossible to get a refund through them. It's also very hard to reach the car rental company by phone in the U.S. Lastly, they required the gas receipt, which nobody usually keeps.
Need to wait quite long when we picked up the car, the counter agent didn’t tell me if the car was not ready yet, need to be clean up first, it was terrible and took many rounds in the garage to find the car
Good service attitude. There will actually be charges for time and mileage, plus an additional upgrade fee (they explained that the given vehicle was at the same price. Traveling with elderly, didn't want to spend too much time arguing, so I accepted as the price was reasonable).
The staff for pick up were very helpful and supportive. They helped me pick up right SUV vehicle considering my number of luggage. Car was well maintained, clean and spacious.
Drop off was quick and smooth. No issues and staff was very helpful.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with the service. Although the car provided was not the one I had reserved, it suited our travel needs perfectly. The interior space was quite large, comfortably accommodating four people, and we had a lot of luggage. The third row seats were ideal for small bags and backpacks. The staff were very warm during the pickup process and did not try to upsell any additional products.
The overall service was excellent, there was no pressure to buy insurance, and the staff was very nice. We forgot a phone in the car, and the staff promptly informed us.
Booked a car from Budget, but at the location, Budget and Avis share the same counter. The car we got had the Avis logo. It was actually a hybrid Toyota Yaris, very new with only 2,000 kilometers on it and fuel-efficient. The car was equipped with CarPlay, making it easy to connect the phone for music and Google Maps navigation.
