OK MOBILITY CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN SPAIN

When i arrived to pick up the car I was surprised to learn that I had to pay for the cost of the fuel, i did not realise this to be the case. I would have accepted this but I was asked to pay 160 euros for a tank of fuel for this type of car. This is approx 100 euros too expensive and the rest was explained as 'other' fees... I was not willing to pay this much and so I was forced to accept a much smaller car but still forced to pay 110 euros for a tank of fuel which is a total rip off. I therefore had to take a much smaller car than I was expecting, had to squeeze my family and luggage in and pay 110 euros for this privilege. The staff member as extremely rude, unhelpful, unwilling to se any other point of view and plainly didn't care. It got our holiday off to a very poor start.

Demasiado tiempo para recoger el coche. Vehiculo bastante dañado y con defectos como por ejemplo que no funcionaba el limpia trasero y no tenia agua para los cristales

Hicimos una reserva online a traves de EasyRentCars. A la hora de recoger el coche nos informaron de algunos problemas los cuales para solucionar teniamos de pagar de 50€ en 50€ para solucionarnos algo (exculpandose en q al haber echo la reserva con intermediario ellos no podian modificar nada..... Pero si pagabamos, si.....jajajjaja). He ido de forma amable a pedirle un poco de ayuda al encargado y de forma muy soberbia y prepotente respondio q no se metia en ello (aún sabiendo q llevábamos dos horas intentando solucionar algo sin exito), q no se pensaba salir tarde para arreglar el problema; una vez salia del local dicho encargado le dijo de forma un poco descarada y delante de todo mundo al chico q nos atendia q si no solucionaba nada en una hora mas q nos dejara asi ( la verdad q he trabajado en atención al cliente, tengo mucha paciencia y entiendo q el empleado no tiene culpa y q el encargado se quisiera ir..... Pero todos nos queríamos ir al final....creo q hay formas y formas.....al final el encargado se fue y dejinel marron a otro empleado q de forma mucho más amable logramos llegar a un acuerdo). En fin, para mi la actitud del encargado fue completamente lamentable, no tiene ni carisma ni paciencia

Vehicle was great, counter staff okay, however possibly a 'lost in translation' moment

When we arrived at the airport there was a terrible queue to coher the bus that took you to the office. The girl who was driving was very rude when I asked about the waiting time, saying that it was a courtesy service and that if I didn't want to wait for him to take a taxi and other phrases that I better not remember, fatal! We were waiting for an hour until we reached the office and there was chaos because there were only 3 people at the counters and dozens of people waiting for their car. If you wanted to be treated before, I could take a fast pass for 18 euros. Thanks to the people who gave us their numbers we were able to be treated before but we lost 2 hours of our time and an extra day that we had paid for only a few hours, I do not recommend this service at all, impolite staff, liar and nothing professional

Had to wait a long time at the pick up and please make sure you always read the small print as we got charged for things that we shouldn’t have.

Booking was very easy and straightforward

Love the fact you both walk round the car at the end of the rental, knowing when you leave there's no potential for any unexpected charges

Everything was good but the drop off location ended up different than pick up (maybe our fault as we were slightly late), but then the shuttle wait to airport was 20 minutes. When it arrived it was only going to Terminal 4 (not ours) and we had to Uber to the airport yo barely make our flight. This was not explained as a potential issue

Iike how at the end you both walk round the car checking the damage and you sign to say you're getting a complete refund

Car exceeded expectations but a little disappointing that I had to travel so far from the airport. Overall it was a good experience and easy to hire. Would use again

Pesima atención al cliente, personal totalmente desmotivado y sin ganas de trabajar. La simpatía brilla por su ausencia entre sus trabajadores. No lo recomiendo para nada. Y aún no me han devuelto la fianza que supuestamente devolvian el mismo día de la entrega del vehículo.

OK car rental in Seville was fantastic. Friendly and efficient both on pick up and drop off. Would definitely recommend them to others and will certainly use them again in Spain.

There was quite a crowd waiting to pick up cars but they have a docket system ensures everyone takes their turn. Once at the counter all went smoothly and staff were informative and friendly.

Was good

The car was average but what was really annoying was the inability to pay the deposit via debit card or Amex. This meant having to pay the excess premium insurance. Very frustrating. Would go with another provider. The car also had warning lights on when we departed and wasn't clean.

I will be travelling to Ibiza on regular basis from now on and would like it if my 23 year old daughter who has 5 years experience and a clean licence could be insured to rent from ok rent

Car was excellent in every way. OK rentacar staff were helpful. Definitely use them again.

All good but logging flight details was a chore as it does not pick up Tui apart from that a good website that saved me alot of money.

Car was fine but the customer service was VERY slow, impersonal and very disorganized at pick up. there was zero customer service and they ended up charging me more then what I signed up for on easyrentcars. awful experience.

Good staff and vehicle.

There were no signs anywhere in the airport to show the pickup location. Once we talked to about 3 different people, they led us in the general direction. The shuttle arrived after about 45 mins. There was only one person at check in (who was also the shuttle driver) so that took another hour before we actually had the car. Ok car rental had given us the wrong address for returning the car so we spent over an hour driving around to find it and made it to the airport about 35 minutes before departure. Extremely stressful in every way and will never book with OK car rental again.
