They didn't have our vehicle so they upgraded us with no hassle and no extra cost.

I can't say. I wasn't the one that booked it. But the person that did, got me an amazing deal. Was very happy.

It was Fox rental cars. Car was ok, nothing spectacular and although it was supposed to be full it was barely on the full mark at pick up. The counter staff tried to sell me more insurance which I declined.

No complaints, I was happy with the process.

Gave me a broken car

The staff were very enthusiastic when I picked up the car. They recommended upgrading the model for an additional fee. I wasn't very familiar with the specific model. Before returning, the car window was smashed. I reported it to the police, got a receipt, and handed it over to the return company, which handled it quickly. It was smoother than I expected!

While the car was in a good condition and the price was reasonable, the service at Fox Rent a Car was pathetic. There were just 2 people manning the counter and both were super slow in dealing with each customer. It took more than 10 min for each customer and they took so much time in non-business related conversation and in selling insurance, leading to longer queue of customers. When we escalated the slow service issue to the manager, she was cold and said they are short staffed and are doing what they can. The male staff member was hostile towards me and another customer for complaining to manager. My car took 45 min to arrive as the cleaning and washing was not completed. Further, Fox shuttle dropped us at a train station from where we had to take a train with our heavy luggage to reach the airport. The shuttle driver acknowledged that the poor service standards were due to Fox's constant cost cutting. I would never like to hire from Fox again and QeeQ should disassociate itself from this terrible service provider.

The booking platform, pricing and insurance related information was very helpful. I raised a couple of queries through mail, which was promptly answered by QeeQ staff.

The car could be cleaner inside. The people in the counter were very helpful.

The process of booking was really good.

The service was alright. They did try to upsell, but weren't too pushy when I declined. However, I was unexpectedly charged a fee after returning the car.

The actual car rental company is Fox. It was my first time renting from them. I managed to avoid most pitfalls, but I forgot to check the windshield. The next morning I found an issue, but didn't think much of it. When I returned the car, there was a problem. The attendant said he would check the rental records of the previous three customers. I asked why they would rent the car out if it had a problem. He said the issue was minor and didn't affect the car's performance, and suggested I speak to his manager. Be cautious with this company; they set traps.

The person checking us in (Valerie) was courteous and professional. She offered us an upgrade which we took her up on (FC or IC?). We had the choice of a fast car, a Toyota Camry or Van. As a family we decided on the Chrysler Pacifica which was a modern van and great to drive.

Emails about the booking, receipt, etc were accurate and timely.
