The reserved car model was not available, was forced to upgrade, and the credit card was overcharged by more than $200.

Washer bottle empty, 12 Volt charger did not work so we were unable to charge or use our Sat Nav. Customer service assistant, when we picked up the car, gave us incorrect information about tolls and therefore we were charged for toll fees for the whole of visit when this was not needed.

Booking was smooth and easy. Price protector did exactly what it said and our price was reduced when price drop was noticed. All booking documents received and able t print easily.

Couldn't find Europcar, had to ask for directions.

I reserved this car months in advance. When I picked it up the car was not available. I had a family of 6 with luggage and all that was available was a 5 passenger car. I will not use Europcar again. I need to depend on the reservation that is made. You could have notified me ahead of time as well.

The car was not well wheel balance at 65 mph the wheel have a lot of vibration . The car did not have water to clean the windshield The only Key control had low battery difficulty to lock the car at some moments.

To be honest I would have expected better from Europcar, It was a franchise they used, staff were helpful especially at pick up area. The outside of the car was clean the inside was just about tidy, Front window was very dirty on the inside had not been cleaned in a while, no water in the washer bottle had to fill up myself, every so often a message would appear front sensor not available you would assume that this is checked and attended to before it went for rental,

We reserved RAV4 (mid-SUV) but eventually they give us small JEEP. It's not real Europcar but another company to provide the rental service

Rent car support is very poor, does not work, and does not help the customer in dealing with problems.

Te counter staff try desperate sell more insurance, tolls, gps. Is so boring and almost a extortion asking more money all processing.

A little more information regarding the operation of the car from someone would have been helpful. Like what type of fuel is needed etc. Oh yes and a smile helps.

Car was poor and had loads of problems, which I reported and they helped out.

Car provided didn't have 4WD as requested. In order to get this we had to pay extra for RSP - when we needed to call the service centre the operator was totally useless and we ended up having to sort the issue ourselves

We requested a 4WD car but were told that the car class we had booked didn't have 4WD. Easyrentcars should have informed us of this or should make their website clearer

I was surprised to get a diesel car - but rewarded with excellent mileage and no loss of performance. Cup holders and centre console were a bit grubby but otherwise condition of car was very good. Staff all very friendly and efficient - absolutely no hesitation in going back to them again.

Booking easy and straight forward - no problems or complaints at all

I booked Toyota Camry. But they didn’t had Camry. Why? I have not heard KIA. I don’t like KIA.

The front desk staff were discriminatory towards Chinese people. They gave me a hard time when I went to rent a car and overcharged me.

For small upgrade fee we were able To het a better car with better coverage

We didn't get the car from Europcar as booked but advantage which we'd never heard of! Got hard sell on pre paid toll charge and refuelling. Both were overpriced and and inaccurately sold we we found out after the event.
