Picking up the car is convenient. However, the service is slightly inferior compared to Germany.

Took ages to get a car as it was not ready, poor arrogant service, understaffed front desk, still did not get a deposit of €300 back. Hotline impossible. Never again.

The car had a range of body damages. The body damage was not significant. However, if the policy of the car rental company is to charge customers for damage, then those damages should be repaired with those funds prior to the next rental, one would presume. Regarding car function, engine and power were good. The air conditioning thermostat control was not functioning very well - it did not shut off the air when the cabin temperature was achieved. This appeared to be part of the car design in that the air temperature being blow into the cabin seemed to be changed with the thermostat control and the air would continue to blow irregardless of the actual cabin temperature. The car appeared to be equipped with a rear camera that would engage when in reverse. However, the camera was not operable all the time, suggesting that some of the prior body damage created a loose connection with the camera. Given the size of the car and the parking and streets in Europe, a rear camera would have been a useful feature, that was supposed to be part of the rental, but was not operable most of the time.

Horrible, never again. I was pushed into purchasing an insurance worth several hundred euros because I was a female traveling alone-- the gentleman next to me picked up his car without insurance no problems.

The car pick-up process was smooth and the vehicle was in good condition, but the weekend service hours are too short and the late return fees are very expensive.

The store wasn't open at the agreed time, waited outside for a long time.

Great service at the counter. Received a complementary upgrade and the car was great. Very smooth checkin and no pressure to buy add on insurance only a question.

Rude counter staff. Was only able to get price for additional young driver at desk not when booking. Told it would be extra 200 Euro. Price for car hire was £104. Extortionate. Will not use again.

Picking up the car was very convenient, no need to queue. The process was simple, and the rented car was brand new. The entire experience felt great.

I arrived 4 hours early and asked the staff if it was possible to pick up the car earlier. They recommended an Audi and even though I asked twice, they said it was the same price. However, upon returning the car, I was charged over 300 euros more. The staff in Madrid confirmed that the price had increased.

The promised car Mercedes MB class was not available and we were offered Audi Q2 at an additional cost. Since, both fall under intermediate category to the best of my understanding, I would like to know the rationale for additional charge. Otherwise the booking and pickup process was fine. The drop-off was smoother as at the time of pickup, the person was not readily available.

The portal was user friendly and showed options that were not available at other sites. I am happy with the services and would like to book again. One thing that can be done better is the inclusion of filter of vehicle transmission and refinement of existing filters.

The front desk staff is good and answers all questions, but efficiency is too slow. Make sure to allocate enough time for pick-up and drop-off.

Picking up the car at Sants Train Station is convenient with multiple subway lines available. The pickup point is in the basement of another building.

Europcar was fast and helpful to all my requests and questions

Car was knocked about with 32k kilometers but did the job.
