Long queue on arrival at Hertz counters. Only 4 position open of 13 available. Had to then endure a hard up-sell to more expensive vehicles (up to $100 per day extra). Twice had to have the rental contract changed to get back to the Rogue that had been ordered.

Had not used QEEQ.COM before but everything worked well and would use again. Certainly cheaper than going to Hertz direct. In future, please remind us that you want photos of the counter and road trip. I didn’t take any this time.

ホノルル空港に朝9時に着いてレンタカーを借りに行き借り終えた時は、昼2時。時間を有効に活用しようと国内で支払いなど全て完了してるのにHertzのレンタカーを借りて無駄だった！他のレンタカー会社はスムーズに行ってたようです。 Hertzだけ、大行列でお客さんが並んでるのに店員が1人で対応して慌てる様子もなくダラダラ対応。

受け取りに時間がかかり過ぎる。ゴールドメンバー受付もあとで気づいたが、長蛇の列。スタッフが限られている、年末は集中したからなど理由にならない。デジタルで効率化できる方法はいくらでもある。
