“Pickup terrible, would not accept my credit card and wanted to charge me an extra $400!!”

Car was very basic (no central licking, windy windows etc). Counter staff at pickup very rude and said my credit card had expired, card actually expires at end of the month. This was not explained in any paperwork or at the time of booking. Tried to charge extra $400 so I could use my debit card. Eventually had to pay $1800 deposit on my works credit card. Another couple in the pickup location were having a similar problem and were also being charged lots of extra for their booking. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.
In contrast the drop off could not have been easier!
The car had a vibration when driving and was in need of service. I waited for 45 minutes to be picked up while every other rental car shuttle passed me by several times. This is the only rental company I have ever used where I had to provide my personal auto insurance policy information. This is another RIDICULOUS policy.
I have a Sunpass account and ABSOLUTELY DID NOT appreciate being forced to pay Easyrent for Sunpass even on days i did not need one. Your toll and other policies are RIDICULOUS!! and reason enough for me NEVER to rent from Easyrent again.
I was never picked up from the airport, charged for a rental that I never received. Each time I called the Orlando office, I was placed on hold and then eventually hung up on, then when calling back, no one would answer the phone. I had to call from a different number to get someone on the line to only be told that they canceled my reservation and I would not be given a refund. This was as of 7/11/2019. Today is 7/17/19 and I have yet to receive a response as to how and when I will be refunded. I contacted the person who referred me to them and advised them to cancel as well.
The staff at Easirent were nice and helped me with everything I needed. Picking up was easy although there was an issue with one of the tires but the lady helped me fill it up at the location and I was on my way!

I don't understand Easyrentcars was so much cheaper than all the other options. I was nervous but seemingly for no reason and everything seemed to work out superbly.
The I tried to change my pick up and drop off times and was told that I couldn't do that without cancelling and rebooking which cost me an additional $60. The pick up process was horrible and the staff wasn't very friendly. The communication was very unclear about where I could pick up the shuttle at the airport. When I called the number to arrange a pick up it was an automated recording that gave me different information than the email I got and nobody was answering the phone at the branch.

The car did not exceed my expectations both cars were broken. The first car the droptop was broken and the staff made us drive it back to the easy route location to return and get another car. The second car was in a better condition but continue to have low tire pressure woke up the following morning to find a completely flat tire again the staff was asking me if I could drive it there with the flat tire. I end up turning the car in early no Compensation for turning the car in early.

Very poor customer service. Long wait times and very difficult to get help. The wait to get a vehicle took over 30 mins. Would not recommend or use again.

Wait was long due to short staffed, didn’t have reserved vehicle. Vehicle was damaged and dirty. The precollison system on the car was not working but was still rented.
The car I was given was not road worthy. The plates were a year out of date and therefore result in a $35 on the spot fine each time the police are in view. The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. I was in a hot room for 2 hours (after my transfer from the airport failed to show for an hour) and to top it off the rental company charged me knowingly and without my consent $140 for insurance that I already had which actually made my insurance null and void. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Waited 45 min for shuttle that never showed up. Spent $30 on Uber to get to car rental location, with no compensation or apologies from staff. Specifically rented a truck and it was not available once we arrived at rental location. We were offered an SUV or minivan, with no compensation on the price even though we spent extra to specifically rent the truck for the week.
I did not receive a car. The shuttle bus never came to the airport. So because we waited so long I took my children to the hotel in a taxi. I tried to pick up a car but the following day i was told I could not unless I paid a full rental cost and that I had lost my original payment. I contacted your main office to see if this could change they told me the same. So I contacted my credit card company to pursue a refund as service was not provided!
Your poor service meant that for the first 2 weeks of a 3 week holiday I was without a car!

No and the customer service was terrible. They did not have a SUV nor a car for me and I had prepaid in full. I had to be shuttled back to the airport and rent a car at the last minute so the price was higher than it would have been had I booked it earlier. I am still waiting to be refunded. The attendant there asked for a deposit that could be anywhere from $350-$500 that was not mentioned at booking.
The workplace is not ergonomic, the furniture outdated and broken. The computer did not work at the time of taking delivery of the vehicle and at the return the printer wasn’t working.
The car was equipped with tires at the limit of wear, a sound was heard from a wheel, brakes or ball bearings? Although it made us a little nervous everything went well.
Staff was slow, 7 people waiting when I arrived. Manager was only one at the desk. Another woman came into work and manager disappeared into the office. over 2 hours to get to my turn.... in the meantime, another van load of people came in. One was very pushy that he had a reservation and needed to be put to the front of the line. Clerk nicely told him everyone in line ahead of him had a reservation also, he would need to wait his turn. Man went into the manager's office and she waited on him immediately instead of telling him to wait in line. Staff didn't seem to know what paperwork needed filled out. Rude to other customers. Staff tried to strong arm customers into purchasing extras and wouldn't take 1 "no" for and answer. When people cancelled their reservations, company refused to take them back to airport. Several ended up calling Uber or taxi.. I would never rent from this company again.
They are the worst hire company that I have ever used, you should consider taking them off your site.
Their shuttle bus took 1.5 hours to pick me up. When I picked up the car they told me that I either had to leave a deposit of $1800 on my card which I would not receive back until around 4 weeks after I dropped the car back off. The alternative was to pay them $390.00 to waiver this, this is the option I took. That fee was more than the rental fee it’s self. Absolute rip off.

We waited very long for the shuttle van to pick us up at the airport and it took longer to pick up the car than other rental agencies because everything was hand written. The car exterior was ok, but the interior seats were heavily stained and pretty disgusting. We had to buy some towels to lay on the seats. The car also was completely out of windshield fluid with terrible wipers, so when it drizzled, it dirtied the windows and made it difficult to see. I had to buy and fill the windshield fluid tank. The car was also making loud noises from below, which was a little disconcerting. Having the paperwork computerized at pick up would have sped the process up some as well.
