Honestly speaking this place is some sort of a SCAM. I had clearly Third Party Insurance and Zero Excess included in my rental voucher, while it took a long time to release the vehicle. I had to seek easyrentcar's assistance. Luckily they were very helpful and have supported me during the process, so I got the car finally released. However, I'm sorry to type that but I can't recommend Easirent rental agency. They do not respect the booking conditions and, by the way, their cars are not in that good condition either.

Absolutely great. So I got a great price and great assistance when it was needed. I was surprised by the engagement that the booking agency had in resolving my problem. Five-star service.

We did not get a full size car, which we paid for. We got a dirty VW pass at, which is not a full size vehicle. Check in process was extremely slow. It definitely could have been Better! I would not recommend this place.

After my long wait, George was Helpful, " EXCEPT when it came to EPASS info...". He said they NO LONGER TAKE CASH - Wrong ! Most U'll need EXACT COINS & were 2 on I 417 who would give Change. I've came to ORLANDO for Years & generally only use 528 to leave & return to Airport so 4-6 TOLLS, yet he SOLD Me 14 days x $10 ea. + TAX. So with a LARGE CREDIT BALANCE on the EPASS, do U REFUND or I must take my TIME to get it from Them? Thanks, JOHN ZINTER

The car was in a terrible condition, car body panels hanging off, scratch’s, dents. The customer service was terrible. We were told we had to take out additional insurance and if we didnt take it they would cancel the booking. We were held over a barrel and blackmailed in to it. We will never ever book from a smaller company ever again.

Just remember you get what you pay for! The car was DISGUSTING! There were stains all over the seats, both front and back, and god knows what on the inside of the front windshield. The car had not been cleaned inside or out before my pick-up. The person inspecting the car didn't mark down a single scratch or dent on the car (ie. insinuating that it was in perfect condition), but when I inspected it before accepting the car, found no less than 10, with some of the scratched being very major ones; an example, being a large, six inch scratching the front bumper - six inches long and one inch wide - absolutely unmissable! Definitely inspect your car yourself first before signing anything. When I got in the car and turned it on, the "Maintenance Required Soon" message was shown on the (very dirty) screen. Within a few days of my trip, that soon changed to "Maintenance Required". Luckily, I think it was only a service needed, because a specific mileage had been reached, but still... they clearly don't maintain these cars. Please read on.... They charge you $9.99 per DAY for SunPass which you will need for tolls (trust me - you absolutely have to have this), so my "cheap" 10 day rental ended up costing me $100 USD more than anticipated. As a comparison, Hertz and Avis charge $3-4 per day for the exact same thing. It's a total scam To top it all off, I waited almost an hour to pick up my car. Trust me, this is not the way you want to start your vacation in Florida. I will not be renting from them again.

Even thou our pick up at the airport was late, the driver was courteous and helpful. The girl at the counter when we came to the office was very helpful too. She told us it is mandatory to get insurance but we showed her that we already got insurance when we booked the car. Overall, the experience in picking up our car was very good.

The hire company did not release the car to me as they would not accept my credit card, also they tried to withdraw 1800 dollars from my credit card before agreeing to release the car even though my contract said it would be less than 300 dollars. Ended up being left stranded miles from my destination and had to pay a $90 uber to get there and having to book another car later on which cost me another 200 dollars. The staff at Easirent Orlando are the worst kind of people I have ever met and should not in such a customer service focused role. Couldnt care less about anyone, everyone in the queue in front of me were having similar issues regarding insurance and the hard sale on EZ passes at an exorbitant $10 a day, even lying that the tolls no longer accepted cash. Never again will I book a car from Easirent in Orlando and will be contacting EasyRentCars in due course to seek a full refund.

This company is HORRIBLE! Don’t ever rent from this company EVER! The pick up location is a bus ride and then another bus ride to the place (we took a cab there and Lyft back to airport). The car was in terrible shape, dents everywhere, window had been broken into previously and was rusted. The inside of the car was so dirty and disgusting. The customer service was terrible as they made me pay $60 extra for more insurance even though I had my own. They told me I didn’t have enough for Florida, which is BS since I’ve rented cars many times on FLA before. Don’t be fooled by the low price, go anywhere else but here.

I waited almost 2 hours to get my car once I got to the pickup location. Also, you are now trying to hold my $250 deposit for 2 weeks. I returned the car in the same condition with an extra quarter tank of gas and couldn't even get anyone to give me any paperwork to verify time, car condition and check out.

We waited for almost 40 minutes for the van to pick us up . When it arrived people were getting off and were extremely upset, saying they were at the pickup location for 2 hours and still didn't get a car. The van driver called the office and my wife talked to the lady there questioning the line there and the lack of cars available and the lady said that they had issues there and would credit our rental charge. That didn't help us with a rental car @ 10:00 P.M. We found another car for over double the cost and finally went on our way. That was the worst car rental experience we've ever had. NEVER AGAIN!

“Will Not Use Easirent Again”

After being at the counter for nearly 20 minutes and being told that I could not use my company card which had my name on it to pay for the car, and going back and forth as to why I had to use my personal credit card, the lady finally ran my company card only to (of course) find out that the car had already been paid for and that payment could be processed on the card. In the middle of this experience, I asked the lady to cancel my reservation and was told that I could do it online that she would not do it for me (even though no one was waiting in line to do so). Upon walking away and reviewing my reservation, I learned that at 9:30am it was 30 minutes past the time that I could cancel - so I went back up to the desk where it seemed obvious that she knew I wouldn't get the money back should I have canceled. She then proceeded for at least ten minutes to talk me into buying insurance, which I already have but of course according to her it wouldn't be enough should I have an accident. After calling my insurance company to confirm, of course I had the coverage needed to deal with any accident issues. She then proceeded to try to talk me into buying a Sunpass because she said I'd spend more than $60 going to Orlando. Which I didn't, I spent $10 for the entire trip. Lastly, I was told that because I was going to Orlando that I didn't have unlimited miles as my email confirmation said, I had 150 miles per day and that I should have read through the terms and conditions. How about Easirent ask a question through the reservation process about where the destination is and let people know about the mileage cap on the front end instead of just saying it'll be 89 cents per mile extra now that a person cannot cancel the reservation. All in all, I was incredibly frustrated with the process, as were the three people standing in line upon my return to the company window. Two of the three couples canceled their reservation at the window due to their own frustration. Never again.

Registration attendant was rude and very pushy. Used fear tactics to intimidate clients to purchase excessive insurance. Did not give us clear directions as to where the car was on the lot. He seemed disgruntled due to the fact that we did not use his upgrades. Not good business. I am a seasoned business traveler and will not use your rental agency again. When we received the car the interior windows were dirty and parking tickets from your last client were still in the window.
