We waited at the airport for nearly 2 hours for a shuttle van. Unacceptable!

They got me a car with 75% declared fuel, but it was less than 70%. I gave the car with 75% so I lost money. I rented a full to full car! Not an eco car.

Car suppler is a fraud and charge me twice for full coverage. To be honest, car was very good. But they businesses practise is terrible and they have refused to return money even after it has become obvious what they did. They should be ashamed to take money from clients like that. Don't use their service.

Easyrentcars.com support was excellent. They were very patient and helpful. Every recommendation for service.

Good customer service and nice car. Pick up was a long way from the airport. Hard to find shuttle bus at airport.

The staff was good and very helpful in the counter and drop off. My only two "remark' are that I booked a Renault Megane and equivalent. And, I have a Fiat Tipo that I do not think it is at the same level. the second one is that one of the shuttle drivers did help us with the luggage. We have not only to load the suitcases in the van, but also to open and close the back door to do it....

In contract the car had 30% gasolin but it was much less

Car in great condition, only 3000 km. Really good staff. Shuttle bus pick up point not very clear when the bus wasn’t there, a sign would help. I would rent from them again.

Easy and inexpensive

The service is very slow and the staff is not friendly, a little bit arrogant, to be honest.

No help when we had a electrical fault with the car!!

My booking said the car's fuel would be full to full. They gave me a car with 60% petrol - therefore breaking the booking contract. I tried to return the car at 60% as required, however this was impossible to tell when filling and I filled it to 100%. They wouldn't reimburse me - they therefore got 40% worth of FREE fuel. This is a scam!!! They also made me pay insurance on the car even though I had booked and paid insurance through Easy Rent Cars. Lastly, they gave me a Ford, which was fine however I had requested a VW which would have been slightly bigger which I needed.

All round very easy and smooth.

Centauro was great. They picked us up from the airport as soon as we landed in Pisa and they served us very quickly. The branch manager was very kind and he helped us to fix an issue with our booking - due to the poor service of easyrentcars.com. I will definitely rent with them again

after telling the counter staff I had excess cover and wouldn't be taking the €154 cover they were aggressive, threatening and rude. saying if there was the smallest scratch I would be charged some ridiculous charge. I agreed to the breakdown cover but did ask why I needed breakdown cover and was told I just need it. I will never use them again!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The car was damaged but all damaged were noted on the booking sheet. Clean inside

We should've been updated on the pick up area being moved!

We booked with Centauro because the ratings were pretty good, but our pickup experience was terrible. Be aware that the location is off-site and farther than the other rental car companies. The conditions of the pick-up building were very sparse (no soap in the bathroom, for instance) and we were given an extremely beat up vehicle. We were worried about having issues with all the existing scratches when we returned the car, but thankfully my husband took pictures of the pre-existing damage and we were able to return the car without issue. Also be aware that you will be charged over 1,000 euros as a deposit if you decline their coverage.

When picking up the car, you have to inspect it yourself as no one accompanies you for the inspection. If you miss any issues and they are found when you return the car, it’s your responsibility. They do not accept photos taken during pickup. We suffered from this as the inspector at return immediately pointed to a very hidden scratch on the bottom of the front bumper and demanded we pay 225 euros for it. The scratch was extremely small and could not be noticed during inspection or while driving. We suspect they are trying to scam us. Make sure to thoroughly check the car, including the bottom, when renting.

I would never use Centauro again. the price I paid was 10x the price I booked when I got done getting charged for "insurance" that I was not allowed to decline (even though my credit card insures my rental). I was charged numerous other fees and then had to argue when i returned the car over whether the tank was 75% or 70% full.

the car was fine. understanding and finding the pickup location more difficult. but it all worked out after a phone call.

overall , a very good experience. i have booked again in 2 weeks at a different location.
