When the Hertz counter is unattended, please use the self-service kiosk: 1. Verify your identity using a credit card (equipped with a microchip and a 4-digit PIN) and a driver's license. No other forms of verification are accepted. 2. Ensure the credit card is the same one used for the reservation and is registered under the main renter/driver's name. 3. The driver's license must be in Roman characters and the same size as a credit card. 4. Confirm that the credit card has sufficient balance to cover the deposit. 5. Retrieve the keys from the self-service kiosk by entering the code sent to you after electronically signing the rental contract. Vehicles at P10.
