Car was lovely small queue at the desk dealt with professionally and quickly with no pressure to take any extras but had to wait for half an hour to get the keys as cars were still being valeted whilst you were waiting a little bit frustrated by this as after a long flight we just wanted to get to the hotel

Be aware that the car/option you may have selected isn’t always going to be the car you get. In fairness it states “similar” in the advert but had hoped my car choice would have been available.

We were upgraded when we picked the car up. We had to change the car due to a nail in the tyre. It took a bit of doing and it was sorted.
