Upselling based on not having the car that you ordered

About Europcar: 7.7 /10
Really disappointed with Europcar. Was told on arrival that they only have a Vauxhall Mokka, rather than the Qashqai. "Offered" an upgrade to an XC90, at just £90 per day as my choice wasn't available. Then offered a mercedes at an extra 50 per day. Still wanted my choice but was told the Mokka is the same. It definitely is not

I said I don't need the insurance, but the staff still added it in my terms, and my fault was I signed the paper without recheck, cause I said I don't need it. It costs extra 138GB.

Like: Pleasantly surprised by how helpful the Europcar office staff were with limited upsell.
Dislike: I got slightly confused at Heathrow T2 over which bus stop to use for the shuttle - some better signage that can be seen at a distance would help.
