The lady at check in wss very freindlyI was offered a car that I had not choosen of a lesser value. The girl behind the counter was a little off when we challenge it. However the gentleman who took us to choose the car was a nice gentleman the car we choosen was not available so took a Volvo but he did allow me to sit in the cars to check the seats.
The vehicle we had, the Toyota Corolla, was superb, fuel-efficient, comfortable, safe, and ideal for our visit to Perth. Had all the bells and whistles and Android Auto worked perfectly. We were in and out within 10 minutes to collect and drop off the car and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Only one minor thing was the cleanliness of the windscreen - could have been better.

The QEEQ booking platform was simple and logical to use and the Price Drop Protector worked perfectly. Great system communication kept us informed of the booking at all stages.
Waited an hour and 45 minutes at check in, and then waited 45 minutes for a car. And I didn't get the car class that I asked for. I specifically asked for a compact and they gave me an SUV.
Horrific experience.
Staff at the counter was trying really hard to make me pay for the mandatory insurance coverage (25 dollars a day!), even if I showed that it was already included in the reservation.
After a really long discussion a Manager arrived and in 10 seconds confirmed that it was already included...

Long wait time at Milano Centrale desk with only one staff member at a busy time. Had to leave and come back as didn't accept debit card or Amex credit card. Vehicle was no longer available by the time I returned and had to wait for several hours for another vehicle to return. Required €1,800 deposit for vehicle, which Qeeq didn't communicate clearly on booking emails. As I didn't have this amount available on my card I was forced to buy extra insurance from Noleggiare that I didn't need, amounting to almost €400 over the booking period. During booking, had to ring the Milano Centrale office 15 times to confirm I could drop the vehicle back later than the booking time. Drop off location was correct on the Noleggiare invoice, but incorrect on the Qeeq email and voucher. All in all a subpar experience and unlikely I would book again with Noleggiare, and would expect Qeeq to improve their communication on deposits required significantly.

It was smooth and systematic process for pick up as well as drop off! The vehicle, Dacia Duster had 83000 KM during pick up yet the maintenance of the car was excellent, no dents or major scratches. During pick up, the staff informed about the three minor scratches that the vehicle has and asked to click pictures and videos for reference. No problem whatsoever during drop off too. Actual process of pick up and drop off took 20-25 minutes each but due to other guests to it took time. Will definitely rent a car from Wheego whenever I plan next trips!

It was a smooth experience on qeeq! Expected price drop feature to be more useful but it didn't help much. Overall a great experience and would definitely book on qeeq again!

They were helpful because kayak had falsely advertised a big commercial truck but actually booked a tiny van and remarkably pretend that that's fine they are just generic images it's quite a scam they have running there.
