The initial car was too small, despite us booking for 5 adults we were given a tiny SUC that we would not have fitted in. However, the agent at AVIS was extremely and offered an upgrade at a fraction of the normal price which allowed us to have the room we needed.

After 5 attempts to book, due to constant bookings be cancelled, we lost money in the exchange rate system that is used.

The staff at the airport is very friendly and knowledgeable. On the return journey i arrived late after being stuck on the road behind caravans, i had to drop the key in a rather unorthodox fashion, and the staff was all to happy to help You cannot beat the value of a smile when arriving into a new place.

Did exactly what it read in the label. Liked the straight honest extra for a wider insurance policy.

Got a free upgrade to the next category as the selected category was unavailable. Picking the car up was easy, only delayed by the customer in front who didn't know what they were doing.

Much cheaper than booking direct for more the comprehensive insurance cover.
