Decent experice

EL AUTO CON MILLAJE ALTO, SUCIO EN SU INTERIOR. LA UBICACION PARA LA RENTA NO ESTA DENTRO DEL AEROPUERTO, VIEJA E INCOMODA. LO ARRIENDA FOX RENT A CAR Y NO EUROPCAR.

LA PLATAFORMA ES MUY AMIGABLE Y FACIL DE USO. LA INFORMACION ES ADECUADA PARA LA RENTA DE AUTO.

Boa experiência, carro um pouco além do uso para padrão americano e com a palheta ruim. Pelo menos não tentam ficar empurrando seguros. Good experience, car just apart from use to American standard and bad pole. At least you try to keep pushing insurance.

Despite booking with Europecar via Easyrentcars.com car was provided by Advantage and it was overall terrible experience. First, desk agent refused to add my spouse to rental for free and requested 13$ per day for it. In Nevada spouse can drive hired car for free and it was offered to me by another companies without any problems before. There were also restrictions on driving cars to certain states - this wasn't mentioned during booking process. First car offered to me was dirty and had broken, loose bumper. Second had unbearable smell of Marihuana. I refused to take any of them and finally accepted third car. Dealing with person who swapped these cars (not desk agent) was only positive part entire car hire process. I will never use Advantage for hiring car in the future.

I booked Toyota Camry. But they didn’t had Camry. Why? I have not heard KIA. I don’t like KIA.

Dislike: When a person make reservation online is important specify that the credit card must be driver, because if no must leave a deposit. The person that are in the reception must be bilingual and friendly too.
