Highly satisfied, no upselling, great vehicle upgrade

The service was very poor. They intentionally required the car to be as clean at return as it was at pickup, and demanded a cleaning fee. I will never use this lousy rental company again.

There is a shuttle bus from the airport directly to the rental location, and the process is very quick. There are staff guiding you in the parking lot, making it very easy to find the car. Even during the early morning return, there were staff on duty who were very enthusiastic, making the return process smooth. Great service!
