Car was great to get around in and we got it at a great price. Only issue was the key did not work. Had to manually use the key and I got charged an extra petrol fee after drop off even though I told the man at the counter I had filled the car until it clicked. Pickup service at the counter was average

We received a Hyundai Accent which we think is a downgrade from a Toyota Corolla. That's our only negative from this experience

At dollar great service to drop off. Even took us back to motel.

I was very disappointed that the dollar counter staff tried selling me insurance again even after I explained that I had purchased this through easy rent cars. He told me a number of times that I wasn’t actually insured when in fact I was, just not through them. I think that the insurance process is misleading for customers, and most people would just listen to what the staff member was selling and take it. Resulting in a double up of insurance. Not impressed about that process and glad I understand it now for future.

Like: Easy and fast pick up and drop off. Especially at Christchurch drop off, ladies there were very helpful and friendly.
