Self-service car pickup is convenient

The staff basically had no sense of service and were trying to squeeze more money out of us. I strongly advise everyone not to choose this car rental company. First, the employee at the counter spent half an hour fiddling with the computer, trying to upgrade me to a better car model. He informed me that the car I originally booked was unavailable (the premium version would cost over $500 more), but as soon as he realized I wasn't going to pay extra, we were immediately told to get our car. Speaking of picking up the car, the parking lot actually had plenty of the model I originally booked, despite being told otherwise. Fortunately, I didn't upgrade. The pickup process was entirely self-service with no guidance or assistance. It was dark, and nobody helped with installing the child seat. A group of employees just stood around chatting. When we asked for help with the child seat, we were told, 'I can tell you how to install it, but I can't help you.' I had to give one star because there was no option for zero stars. If negative ratings were possible, I would definitely choose that.

Satisfied, but the fuel charge by the supplier is slightly expensive per gallon.

The front desk said the booked car model was not available and tried to upsell a more expensive model instead of trying to solve the issue within the booking terms!
