At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

The service was great, but the car exchange point in downtown San Francisco was hard to find. However, it’s not easy to find anything in San Francisco because of the one-way streets and complex traffic rules. It took me 30 minutes to find a spot just 300 meters away. I recommend returning the car at the airport if possible.

We reserved a mid-to-large size SUV, either a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar, but only a Jeep Compass and Ford Edge were available. They downgraded us without a price reduction and promoted many extras like upgrades, GPS, and insurance.

Like: Great low mileage car
Dislike: New car shipping sticker still on the windshield

Like: Quick service, no much of bureaucracy, kiosk check in save time in lines, staff on pick-up very friendly. Free upgrade for a Toyota Rav4 because they didn't have a Toyota Camry.
Dislike: We reserved a Toyota Camry to be more conscient of fuel usage and our car was not available at the day. So we have to use a category above with more fuel consumption.
