Picked up the car from the kiosk, very convenient and fast! Purchased CDW and EP during the rental, there was a 50cm crack on the windshield when returning the car, no need to pay, return was done in a minute.

The store is not far from the airport. The shuttle bus is very convenient, and the self-service car pickup is very easy to use, saving time waiting in line without having to endure various promotions.

There were too many people, everyone was renting cars at the machine and then adding drivers — exhausting. Plus, the car I got wasn't what I reserved, so it was a scramble to get any car I could. From now on, I'll just book the cheapest car to avoid wasting money!

It was a very quick process during the pick up as I didn’t need to wait in line for service, everything was done through the computer, I liked the freedom of choosing our car as we were able to spend time looking at the car and deciding which car to pick at our own pace.

Booking was very clear and easy to understand, the price drop didn’t really work for us as the price didn’t drop although the price of our rental was cheap anyways.
