I booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they gave me a selection of very poor SUVs. In the end, I could only choose a Mitsubishi Outlander, an SUV that costs less than 200,000 RMB in China and has very poor power. I paid a lot extra to choose a Grand Cherokee. If cheap and expensive cars are treated the same, then why differentiate them during booking??? Very unreasonable.

The wait time was a bit long

We were informed at pickup that we had to confirm the order at the self-service machine. The good thing was that the machine had a Chinese language option. However, for some reason, it would log out halfway through inputting the information, so it took nearly 40 minutes to complete. This was quite frustrating. Everything else was fine, and although the staff couldn't help much, they were very polite.

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!
