I had already paid the fine for illegal parking and showed them the receipt, but they charged me again. It has been almost 2 years and I still haven't received a refund. It's really frustrating.

Our flight arrived on time and we had a very small wait for the transport bus at LAX to take us to the rental area. We were processed quickly and given our choice of cars which is one of the main reasons we have chosen Alamo for our past few trips. Everything was explained well and we were on our way within a few minutes.

Booking was straight forward and easy. The price didn't change and to be honest I didn't bother comparing so don't know if that worked. Simple to use.
