Both pick-up and drop-off were very convenient, with self-service options available. The only drawback was that the vehicle category included the Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was available on-site, but Alamo required an extra fee to rent it. After contacting QEEQ, they explained that there are versions with and without GPS, and we had rented the non-GPS version. However, this was not clearly stated in the link. This was very frustrating.

Picking up and returning the car was extremely convenient! Pickup took 10 minutes, and return just 1 minute!

The service was great, but the car exchange point in downtown San Francisco was hard to find. However, it’s not easy to find anything in San Francisco because of the one-way streets and complex traffic rules. It took me 30 minutes to find a spot just 300 meters away. I recommend returning the car at the airport if possible.

The front desk said the booked car model was not available and tried to upsell a more expensive model instead of trying to solve the issue within the booking terms!
