I booked auto car ,but Euro car say no auto car ,only have small car or add $20per day to upgrade big car ,I rejected finally we got free upgrade but I waist 2.5 hours and find easy rent car customer services to fix it ,anyway thx easy rent car

What an incredibly wonderful experience! When we arrived to pick up the car, the lady at the counter realized that the car that we had booked was much too small for the four of us plus luggage. She was extremely nice and helpful in finding a solution for us which she did and in less than 20 minutes, we had an amazing car and were on our way. I was impressed by the level of service and of the friendliness and efficiency of the lady at the counter who took care of me. Because of her, I am now a lifetime customer of Europcar!

Like: Staff were very efficient and friendly.The office was a short distance from the airport. Car was better than expected
Dislike: Car was parked on waste land with no marked bays so little difficult to locate.
