Very poor service, really cannot use this company. Despite tolerating various bizarre issues, the final bill is inexplicable. They randomly adjusted the pick-up and drop-off times to charge an extra day, and included many unknown additional fees, overcharging nearly 240 Euros.

There might have been a mistake in recording the mileage when returning the car. They insisted that I drove over 400 kilometers and deducted more than 100 dollars from me. In reality, I only drove within the city and it definitely wasn't over 100 kilometers. After several communications with the rental company’s customer service, this amount was refunded.

No matter how careful you are, there's always some kind of fees to be charged and they never tell you this, e.g. premium location charge, which was never mentioned to me neither when I booked the vehicle nor when I met the counter staff to collect the car.
