Good experience

Great experience. They upgraded our car, and after we had lunch, there was almost no queue when we picked it up. We placed the order on-site because we were unsure if our magnetic stripe credit card would work.

The service was very poor. They intentionally required the car to be as clean at return as it was at pickup, and demanded a cleaning fee. I will never use this lousy rental company again.

I specifically wanted a Ford Mustang convertible and booked it two months in advance. They gave me a Beetle convertible instead, claiming it was the same class. I complained to the rental company customer service, but it wasn't resolved.

The price at the rental counter differed from my reservation price. Although I had fully prepaid, the rental company showed that I still owed over $150. After contacting the rental company and the customer service of the rental platform, they finally corrected the price, but I had to spend an hour at the counter to complete the rental process.

Gave us a V8 Suburban! Loved it!
