I felt wronged because in the return was asked a damage to the wheel that I did not and later charged to my credit card (value of NZ$ 138.00). They simply sent a document (like a repair company) from Lovetrip itself with the cost of repairing to wheel.

Overall the car was good and new but booking was made for 8am pickup however we waited almost 3 hours for Rental office to open which delayed our short trip. Location of rental pick was not easy to find.

“Budget, be careful when picking up the vehicle”

The vehicle had a lot of damage, I tried to mark it all down but unfortunately missed a chip in the windscreen. I then had to pay for this, $102.00 To anyone picking up a car make sure you go over it with a fine tooth comb. take pictures of everything! Also maybe bring a few cds as the Japanese only picks up one station.
