Easy rental will not use again

Lincoln Navigator was not available. I was offered GMC Denali which stink with cigarettes, so I had to refuse it. After that I was offered even smaller GMC Yucon, which is pretty much Chevy Tahoe. I was after 16h flights with my tired family standing in 33C heat, so I didn't want to go back to the desk and argue... Overall not happy, as I could get Chevy Tahoe for the 60-70% price of what I had to pay and ended up with a smaller and simpler car that was showing OIL CHANGE every time when started.

All went well from the point of booking via QEEQ Mobile App.

Originally we ordered Dodge Van but Alamo Counter staff suggest for bigger car, then we choosed Toyota Sienna which is fulfilled our needs. But during the usage, car required maintenance message appear.

Good Apps and easy to use

Definitely I will recommend this Company to friends and family .

Drop off location should be saved in the car GP'S , It will be easy for the customer to drive the car to the AIR PORT parking .

Like: Car renting experience went smoothly although it was a bit confusing as to whether or not I was getting what I was asking for. Prices and offerings were really good so I stuck with it.
Dislike: After my car was confirmed and the credit card info was taken, the transaction ended a bit weird in that I was asked in subsequent email to provided info about my request and a screen shot of the credit card transaction which I did not. I was then told that the transaction would be confirmed in a few days. I thought I was being scammed and was concerned that my credit card info would be compromised. A couple of days later, I did get the confirmation and, I confess, I did contact Alamo to be sure that I had a car reserved because I didn't want to begin my trip with no vehicle or trying to negotiate a rental last minute. Luckily, I had a week for this to work out and for me to feel comfortable. Once that happened, all was good.
