Car assigned was below my expectation and counter staff did not clearly explained, but only said "car for you is Fiat 500 and because you want a auto transmission car". She is very rude and bad attitude and raised her voice at me, Despite i was not rude to her except that i feel cheated when she told me i got a Fiat 500. I got no choice but to accept it and when i go by myself to collect the car, i realise it is Fiat 500L. She could have explained it properly.

“longer to collect the car than to fly from London”

The queue at the pick up desk was at least 20 people long when we arrived and was very slow moving. It took around 2 hours to collect the keys. It took longer to collect the car than to fly from London.

The van was in poor condition. Numerous deep scratches all over the car. All the damage was documented prior to leaving the lot. Upon returning the van the attendant tried blame us for a very minor scratch on the plastic rim covers. Despite the heavy damage elsewhere prior to receiving the van, they focused on some tiny scratch. Suspect a scam to pay for damage we did not do. Do not rent from this place!!!
