Any issues where dealt with quickly. Very clean and very comfortable Toyota Alphard. Rear tv and ac controls. Scratches and marks on exterior off car did not faze us. Plenty of room and space for the whole family is what counted thanks

The car and service were great. For a cheap rental the car even had satnav. I will use them again. Google maps did take me to the wrong location for Great Rentals (around the back where there is no entrance)

“Cheap but cheerful, older cars which is reflected in the price.”

Car was great but old and have damage. That was fine since this reflected the prices the car smelt badly of cigarettes and all the electronics inc gps are in Japanese which is completely useless in New Zealand. This was explained to me as they were Japanese imports. Overall a good service, I would use again. But be aware that they hold your deposit for 4 weeks after you return your car for possible fines, tickets, etc which I had never experienced before.
