Counter staff should have explained tolls are only around Tampa and Miami. We had to drive 2 hrs back to airport to cancel transponder but problem was dealt with very quickly and courteously
The car was scratched and dented on the front back and sides,and I had to go back to the office twice to get these recorded.
When I returned the car I barely had time to remove the luggage before it was driven away without any inspection.
I was charged $36.23 for fuel even though I filled up the gas tank before returning the car, the tank was full at the time the vehicle was returned, a total rip off I`ll never rent from you again !!!!
