I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent rental experience I had with your company. upon arriving at the rental location, I was provided with a significantly smaller car than the one I had reserved and expected.the reservation clearly stated that I would be receiving a [hundyi elentra , or similar categories , which was essential for my trip due to , luggage space and comfort. Unfortunately, the vehicle provided to me was not suitable for my needs and its smaller. it happen a conflict between the qeek company and the hertez company .

The car was great, although a bit bigger than I expected. Also when I needed to amend the drop off I wasn't able to get any help either online, via the app, or by calling, and the rental desk at the airport was going direct to voicemail.

Initial booking was easy and when I needed to make a change to the pick up time, customer service was very helpful. However, I also needed to amend my drop off time, and QEEQ were not able to help with that.

I recently rented a car from Hertz in JFK Airport New York, and my experience was exceptional. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the pick-up process quick and seamless. The car itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for exploring the city and surrounding areas. Return was equally hassle-free. The counter staff was good, did not try to sell additional unnecesssary insurance. Prompt service, car was ready. I did not get the car though. I booked an estate but got a small-medium SUV. Not sure if its an upgrade. In any case the most important to us was the luggage space. Thankfully we were able to just about squeeze ours in. I specifically booked an estate for the purpose of the luggage space.

I am happy with the level of engagement even after booking. I was reminded 9f my booking, pick up and drop off process and locations. All very clear and makes it feel like I am not left on my own after the booking.

Dealing with Hertz, Boston Airport was awful. The lady at pickup reception had to be the rudest I’ve ever met. After collecting the car there was a delay of over 20mins getting it cleared to leave at the exit. Hertz have now made a $120 charge on my CC for no explained reason. I only know this from looking at my bank statement.

So far QeeQ have been efficient and helpful. I would rate them as excellent if they can resolve this $120 mystery charge on my behalf with Hertz. It would help if they put the Hertz booking reference on their documentation to me, as Hertz were derisory when I produced QeeQ’s booking reference at collection point.

QEEQ deleted my booking without notice despite taking my money. This was discovered at Hertz counter. Hours later QEEQ rectified by booking through a different company, miles away, that ended up charging me an extra 200 dollars.

受付カウンターは3〜4人並んでいましたが、Hertsにメンバー登録していたので(空いている)Herts専用カウンターで手続きを。車種は予約時と同じでした。 受付の方も親切に説明をしてくれました。

初めて利用しましたが、スムースに手続きが進められ、空港では“トラブルなく“ 車を受け取る事が。

Drop off location was not easy to find as it was not well sign posted from the main road.

The very friendly and efficient staff arranged my car so fast, and even upgraded me, which made my vacation extra special! Will definitely use these guys again. Thank you so much!

Easy to make a booking

空港内のカウンターで受付を済まし外の駐車場まで乗せて連れて行ってもらう初めての体験でした。 返却も同じ場所で借りていた車で空港に送ってくれました。 以前、返却時に空港近くの道路を迷いぐるぐる何周かしましたがグーグルナビのセット位置まで分かりやすく教えてくれるので迷いませんでした。 車両も綺麗で問題ありませんでした。 また利用したいと思います。

The instructions given for where to find the shuttle bus were incorrect, so we had to ask another bus driver where to go. When we arrived at the checkin counter the receptionist was quite rude. Apart from this the ease of booking, the car and the drop off were great.

The pick up location in Mahattan was so convenient and it only took a few minutes to pick up and go!!

The platform was very new to me but worked like wonders

Operated by Lotte Car Rental. Busy location and there was a ticketed queing system. Had to wait about 40 mins.

The QEEQ information to get the shuttle bus to Lotte is incorrect. I sent the correct details and they said that they would update. Also had to inform of change of arrival time. Service response was quick and coherent.
